We have Passivhaus Consultant and CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant members of staff who can offer consultancy advice and support on the challenges faced by Low Energy and Sustainable building design.

We provide infrared building surveys and reports to verify the thermal continuity within buildings using thermal imaging cameras. Surveys are carried out by Level 3 Thermographers. Whilst not a Building Regulation requirement, building thermographic surveys are often requested for ‘peace of mind’, as part of a trouble-shooting exercise or for a BREEAM credit.

We provide 2D and 3D non-linear thermal bridging calculations and analysis using sophisticated thermal modelling software. Improving thermal bridging can often be a cost-effective way of reducing a building’s carbon emissions and mitigating cold bridging and condensation risks.
